Musings on Bike Fit:
My philosophy on Bike Fitting is that every person has a unique set of characteristics and needs – as unique as his/her voice – and that fit is a dynamic, cooperative process involving all available resources to achieve a positive outcome.
I will attempt to address a broad range of fit-related issues, ranging in description from simple to complex. Please regard this information as informative, only. What follows is a combination of my experience, research, and education; loaded bias and not inteded for prescriptive measures.
My hope is that you are able to discern what is applicable for your objectives, so that you can help yourself and others enjoy cycling.
