Hi Chris,

I just wanted to give you an update on things.  I went to the Duathlon Long Course National Championship on June 3^rd and took 3^rdoverall in the nation!  I feel like my biking is stronger than ever this year.  I love my new fit and feel like it has made a huge difference.  The following day I was asked to be on the Elite team for the Duathon Short Course World Championships in Nancy France on September 22^nd.
