Hi Chris-

I can’t get over the improvements that we’ve made together on the bike (& subsequent run).  Not only am I MUCH more comfortable, I’m putting out more wattage then ever before.  Knowing what I know today, I would have seen you before I upgraded to carbon wheels or an aero helmet – the fit is clearly more valuable!!  I’m racing with 30-40 more watts this year and preserving my legs for the run.

It’s a blast to go this fast, and be this comfortable!!
